I am most productive in the morning until lunch time.

Hello Mark,lunch is my dinner food.Just like we did it in Germany when I was young.After my kids moved out,I went back to the old system.At dinner time I only have a tossed salad,and yogurt with fresh fruit.But if I am invited for dinner,I eat everything they serve.
